14-Day Return Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days only in the following cases:

If your FlipJetPro™ arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@flipjetpro.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue.
Once verified, we will either:

Send a free replacement, or

Issue a full refund once the product is shipped back to us

(whichever you prefer).

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused products.
⚠️ Opened or used FlipJetPro™ units cannot be returned due to handling, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Our warehouse is located in China, and all returns must be sent there.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds cannot be issued for orders already shipped unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order.
Email us at hello@flipjetpro.com with your order number and we’ll cancel it instantly.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled without a ÂŁ4 handling/restocking fee.
If the order has already shipped, you may still request a return in accordance with this policy.

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us, we may resend it for a small postage fee:
